Fix Mobile View Header

This is how my mobile view is appearing at the moment. I need help to fix it so that the shop, about, and learn is condensed to a menu that opens when you click on it but only in the mobile view as well as icons for the search, account, and cart but again, only for the mobile view. Can you help?
