In the Collection have uploaded an image but it does not show up on website?

I’d like to see the page that this image is missing from to see if I can determine a potential cause. Additionally, download a free Shopify theme to your store, and see if the image appears there for me.

Did you have the chance to try out the free theme that I linked you to see if the collection image appears within it? The reason why I ask you to try this is to see if the issue lies within your Focal Theme itself, or if something different is happening.
I did look at your collection pages and didn’t see any images other than the product images after the large grey text section. Where did you upload the collection page within your admin?

in the sidebar Image (Add Image).
Adding an image in the Description (with text) is not a NOT a problem.

When it comes to ‘experimenting’ with another theme, all you need to do to test this is download the free theme I linked, and then login to your admin, go to your theme library, and hit the ‘preview’ button. If the images appears there, and not in your Focal theme, then you can assume the issue is being caused by the Focal theme. This is a standard step in troubleshooting these types of issues.
For the link that you shared, we’re unable to access links directly from the admin due to authentication limitations in the Shopify Community. Instead, you can provide me with a screenshot of the content at that link so I can see the content.
Have you added an image to the collection via the ‘Collections’ menu option in your admin? If you login into your admin, and click ‘Products’ and then ‘Collections’, you should see a list of your collections. You can add an image to your collections there. Have you already done this step?
