This usually happens when the newsletter form is hard-coded inside the theme. In the Focale theme, the email signup is often inside:

/sections/newsletter.liquid
or
/sections/footer.liquid
or a custom homepage section.

Steps to remove it:

  1. Go to Online Store → Themes → Edit code

  2. Search for “newsletter”, “email-signup”, or form type=“email”

  3. Delete or comment out that part of the code

  4. Save the file and reload the homepage

If Klaviyo was added manually before, also check theme.liquid for any leftover embed code.

Follow these Steps:

  1. Go to Online Store
  2. Edit Code
  3. Find theme.liquid file
  4. Add the following code in the bottom of the file above </ body> tag
<style>
.klaviyo-form.klaviyo-form.klaviyo-form {
    display: none !important;
}
</style>
