Hello guys, as title says. My card is empy so it didnt deducted any amount but the bill is there..
For your information I have not finished my shop and it wasnt even active at all.
I’m trying to deactivate but it doesnt let me to do due to unsettled invoices. I read posts here where devs help people to solve the issue. Could any dev reach me out too please.

Developers cannot help with this issue. You should reach out to Shopify support about this, they may give you a refund, but I’m not sure about it.

By not paying for a plan going forward, you’re store essentially is already “closed”. You do not need to take any further action, and you will not be charged anything without your express permission to do so. If you do decide at any point to re-open this store, you can do so by simply selecting a paid plan for it. I trust this helps to clarify things!
