I recently unsubscribed from Shopify as a whole or so I thought. I had found out Shopify was still charging my card so I deleted my account expecting it to delete all my information with it too. It seems that wasn’t the case being a month later I was still getting charged. Does anyone know this fix or am I just still in an infinite loop of payment plans?

The reason Shopify keeps on invoicing you are because your Shopify account is still active. You need to make sure that you already deactivated your account. If you are unable to do so or in doubt if you deactivated your account correctly, then I suggest that you reach out to Shopify support team as they have more knowledge regarding your account status. You can reach out to them by going through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the “I still need help” or “chat with a support advisor” option appear.
