Free Shipping not displaying on Google shopping Ads
I have 12 products that I have created a custom shipping profile with Free shipping in Australia only.
Problem is Free Shipping is not displaying on the Google Shopping Ads.
How to I get the Free Shipping to display on the Google shopping ads ?
Make sure you set free shipping profile for Australia in your store

On the shopping ads, any extra info such as, free shipping, delivery times, discounts, sales prices, etc are called automated promotions. These tags, are shown on a case by case basis, and are fully decided by Google.
This means, even if you have free shipping, Google may or may not show the free shipping tag. In these cases, you can not force Google to do what you want. As Google makes that decision based on AI. Yes, that is not fair, but we are all in the same boat, and can not choose.
Just double check you have correct setup free shipping, by checking Google Merchant Center > products > all products > click on your product > and scroll to the center and view the shipping panel. Make sure it says 0.00 as the shipping price.
