Please help! I have add an shipping condition to my shipping rate ( free delivery based on price) but is not working when check out. Please help as I already advertised the free shipping and customers aren’t able to click on the free option.

Advertising your products with free shipping is a great incentive for your customers, enticing them to purchase more from your store!
But it is crucial that this displays once the customer heads to the check out area. Don’t worry, I will list what is possibly causing this issue for you.
The most common thing with shipping conditions is to do with the shipping profiles themselves.
When you set up your free shipping based on X price, was this in your general profile or an additional profile? If in an additional profile, you need to ensure that the products you want the shipping condition to apply to, are located within that Shipping profile.
Can you send me a screenshot of your shipping rates (Settings > Shipping and delivery > Manage rates), and I can try to see how you have this setup? Just ensure you have the correct products in the chipping profile that your rates are set up within.
