GA4 “Begin Chekout/Add Payment” suddenly not working

Don’t know why, GA4 cant detect “begin checkout” “add payment info” in recent days.

Anyone has any idea?

1, Account was linked, to fix the problem, I have tried to disconnected and connected again.

2, In GA4 debug view, only add to cart can be detected, checkout was detected as engagment

3, GA4 Event was correct before yesterday. But, from yesterday(or the day before yesterday, it becomes 0)

Hi

I noticed this is marked as resolved but can you advise how you fixed the issue?

We have had the same issue since March 12th - orders suddenly stopped tracking.

We have reconfigured custom events in Ga4 but it’s still not working.
