I’m not sure why, but for the past two days, I’ve noticed that my GA4 is not correctly tracking the “Begin Checkout” and “Add Payment” events.
Using Google Tag Assistant, I found that these two events are being tracked as “Form Start” and “Form_submit”. I believe this issue may be due to some technical code in my Shopify backend, causing my checkout button to not send the proper signal to Google Tag.
Dose anyone have any idea?
