Gift card not showing up in products page. THEME>DEBUT

Still not able to view my gift card in my Products list. Preview: https://2kgukvmaqv3g7hx2-31881756805.shopifyprev

I would be so pleased if someone could take a look for me. It seems no matter what tutorial I follow; the image of the card still doesn’t show up in products but it does show up in collections. So, it still isn’t working. Thank you.

JHKC..Thank you so much for your reply. Not sure what is meant by the back end. Any suggestions on what I could possibly try?

Follow this:

  1. “Products”
  2. “Gift Cards”
  3. “Gift Card Products”
  4. Choose your gift card & add an image when the page opens

And there you go!

Thanks so much but that didn’t work. I noticed when I insert my image (gift-card.jpg) it changes to this: gift-card_480x480 (1)

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the whole Gift Card backend page? Would help us clear things out!

OK now on top click on “Gift Card Products” to find your Gift Card.

Hello, I followed the steps you provided to this shop and my gift cards are still now displaying in my collection or product list. Please assist. Ive added them to a collection via Products > Gift Cards > More Actions, verified that the product is set to “Active,” and still nothing. I am using the Debut theme as well.
