I’m contacting you with a request for help.
Unfortunately we can’t go live with google ads as there are always a failure messages that keeps saying: manipulated website.
Based on the information that you’ve provided, you’ve said that your programmers could not find the links, that were sent by Google, on your code.
Have you used some unauthorized third party apps on your site?
Shopify themes, by default, won’t have this code and since you could not find these your code, possible case I could think of is - the links are being called by some apps via JS.
If possible, please pass your store URL here.
I can check in detail and let you know.
Thank you.

Want to modify or custom changes on store? Let me help.
Adwords team uses their own internal tool, which goes beyond and checks code inside the JS/CSS and other files in our store as well as hosting environment. Further, switching the content on a page, injecting any code in the page (like ads), and infected hosting environment may cause this issue in AdWords.
I have checked your site thoroughly for any kind of JS calls that references to the above mentioned sites and I have not been able to find any apps/references.
I do not think this issue is with hosting environment as well, as it is taken care by Shopify.
So, it is better to contact Google Adwords teams, asking them to pass the reference URLs, from where this issue has occurred so that it can be investigated further.
You can find the details for Google Support team here.
P.S.
I have checked for any kind of malicious JS using tools outside of Shopify and since I do not have collaborator access for your site, I am taking your word on unavailability of these links on theme.
If you want to do a full check, please DM me and I can suggest you further steps.
I really think you should push for the infected URLs details from Google Ads Team.
