Hi all,

I am having issues with google merchant center. I have connected my shopify store and it says I have the following issues:

Missing Value: Age Group

Missing Value: Gender

Missing Value: Size

Missing GTIP, MPN, Brand

Missing: Color

I am a dropshipping store, so there is no GTIP or MPN. I tried to manually configure the feed but I cant even find feed on my merchant center, it is different to the old one.
It says all of my products are error which would be 514. How on earth do I fix this?

The follow rule applies.

  1. If a manufacturer has assigned a barcode then you are required to add this info in the GTIN field. Alongside the brand value with identifier exists to yes.

  2. If the manufacturer has not assigned a barcode, then remove the values brand, mpn and gtin and set identifier exists to no.

Did you find a solution finally? I’m in the same situation as a drop shipper and to apply feed rules in Google Merchant Center Next is not possible anymore…

Assuming you added the correct values in the first place, the feed rules will work correctly.
