Currently the Google Customer Reviews, can not be integrated with Shopify, because Shopify no longer allows for popups in the checkout.
However, you can use an app to redirect to a page, using: easy Google Customer Reviews - Google Customer Reviews app for Shopify | Shopify App Store
Or use a different 3rd party verified review app listed here: How to submit product reviews data - Google Merchant Center Help
is it worth added this app and does it impact the google shopping tab visibility
You can use any review app supported by Google. It does not matter what you use.
The reason why I’m looking to embed this in my online store is because I saw all my products in the google shopping tab under my business name and then they just disappeared and I’m wondering why and this is all I can see under the google merchant center that needs attention
There is a lot that contributes towards ranking in Google Shopping.
Having reviews, if very important, but also things such as product data.
Improve your product data by following the requirements and recommendations here: Product data specification - Google Merchant Center Help
Products disappearing, if you meant free shopping listings, often happen, and there can be no real reason other than Google’s algorithm.
But by improving everything, will allow you to get chances in better positions.
However, I would focus more on paid shopping ads.
I agree on paid shopping ads. just wondering on that note why im having this error and can it be fixed or its noting to worry about
If you have a physical store, then you can setup local ads / local free listings.
If you don’t have a physical store, then ignore it.
Does the app easy google customer reviews allow google product reviews to be posted on my online my website and google shopping tab meaning the actually brand reviews to be posted on my website and vise vera my reviews to be shared as well will google shopping?
just wondering I have a Judge me app should I keep this app as well since I going to add this easy google review app
I don’t know much about the app, but the purpose is to collect reviews.
I don’t think you can show Google customer reviews on product landing pages.
If that is your goal, best to use a 3rd party.
I don’t recommend using multiple review platforms. This will just annoy your clients, asking for a review twice, as you can imagine will possible generate negative reviews.
Focus on just using one review platform.
You don’t gain anything from using multiple, only negative side effects.
