Can I run more than one compaigns on Google smart shopping compaign?
Because it’s not allowing it, how i’d do that?

Yes, you can, but not on the same product.
Generally, if you want to use automation, it is best to use 1 campaign per bidding strategy, splitting up campaigns into smaller segments with no real reason, will only lower the ability for Google to get you sales.
The more data you feed 1 campaign, the better it performs.
