I ordered a product from a website called Freakin(https://www.freakin.in/) but I was scammed by them. The ordered product is panda toy but I received a teeth whitening solution. So to ask for a refund I tried for refund in their website but there were no such option but still they mentioned about refund policy in thier page. Even my review was not accepted by them. All the review in the website are fake and none are real. Accidentally I came across an ad in Instagram with same product Im looking for, that directed me to an other website but shockingly that website had the same review like previous website. So these websites are trying to scam people.

Hello there @NarendharKumarS for starters, sorry for this scam experience you’ve had to go through. Hopefully, the perpetrator(s) should be found out soon and stopped in their tracks. If you haven’t already, you should set up a report with Shopify customer support with all the necessary details pertaining to the store and the transaction you made.
I too got scammed, i have ordered retro style clock
but what i got is this. Some fruit chopper.
I actually searched in web about the company, there were positive reviews itself. And seeing it is from Shopify I trusted the website. Shopify you should take this seriously!! I would be never recommending or buy something from Shopify hosted brands or websites.
Shopify needs to check this properly and give us a proper solution.
