Have you been scammed by a single product online store?

A while ago I decided to trust one of shopify’s customers who has a store created with a single product and I decided to buy and I have had a problem with one of his customers who uses the app to create a store selling a single product to scam people. I have been scammed by a customer of yours who uses shopify to scam buyers.
Complying with the policies of the site I have asked him for a rewrap but he refuses to give it to me so I am contacting you directly since you have access to the data of the customer in question to see if you can fix it, in this case the email he uses is the following:

As Shopify is a platform that hosts online businesses, we do not manage or ship the orders ourselves. With that being said, it would be best to reach out to the business that you made the purchase from. If you have not heard back, you can use this portal to report stores that you suspect are using our platform fraudulently. From there, we can investigate further.
