HELP! Agreement to Connect Shopify to Facebook Won't Load

Hi there,

I am trying to connect my Shopify to my Facebook in order to sell products. I have completed all previous steps and the last step is to accept the terms of the meta seller agreement. When I click this button to accept terms, the window loads a completely blank page. There’s no option for me to do anything.

I had a look at other threads on this topic and saw that Send a “Do Not Track” Request should be toggled off in chrome browser settings. However, I checked my settings and this option was already toggled off. I have updated my browser, cleared my cache, and logged in and out of all accounts. It still isn’t working.

I would really apperciate some help!

Are you still experiencing this issue? I suggest trying a different browser such as Safari and ensuring the ‘prevent cross-site tracking’ is turned off as it was via your Google Chrome browser.
