Help! Can't seem to remove a staff account!

Hi,

I am the main admin of my store. A staff team no longer works for my Shopify account, so today I tried to remove them, but it kept saying ‘incorrect password’ even though it’s the main password to login =/, not sure what to do? After a few attempts it has now ‘locked’ me out from attempting! This is super frustrating because I cannot seem to contact a Shopify staff member to help!

Any help from a Shopify Staff member or anyone in general on how to remove the account would be helpful :smiley:

This question is old but still has no answer yet. I have the exact same issue and I am stuck!

hey,

try to do the same procedure on the Shopify mobile app. I had the same issue yesterday and it worked.
