A customer called us today saying that he could not add an item to cart on several different browsers. We tried it on our end and was able to duplicate the issue. On some products, everything works and you can add to cart and do other things. But, on certain items, as soon as you land on the page, nothing works. Add to cart, or any other menu items are not clickable. And it can be regularly repeated with the same products. If you back out of the problem page, or close the browser and reopen the site, then it works, but as soon as you go to the certain products, it freezes again. What’s going on and how can we fix it?
