Hi
Can anyone help with a product page freezing whenever a customer adds a product to cart? Ive contacted Shopify Support but they haven’t been able to help as yet

Seems there is jQuery conflict to confirm check the store in the chrome, right click anywhere and then click on Inspect . Next click on the console here you can find the errors which prevent the button to perform its action. You need to go with the developer or yourself to find the issue and fix it.
