I have a problem and NEED HELP
Last night I published our Black Friday Theme. When it published - it “normally” just unpublishes the previous theme - but this time - it “HID THE PREVIOUS THEME” (???)
What happened - and where is my previous live theme?
I really need some help on this - anyone?
Can you share a screenshot of the overview of your themes? What does it look like?

Can you provide us with some more detail around the specific situation you’re experiencing? Have you published a new theme, and now your previously used theme has been ‘hidden’? Are you able to see that previously used them in your Theme Library under ‘Online Store > Themes’?
If you’re not able to see the previously used theme under ‘Online Store > Themes’, then I recommend reaching out to our Support Team via our Help Center. They’ll be able to get you authenticated, access your shop and admin, and will also be able to look into your activity logs in more detail than we can here in the Community.
