Somewhere between v 10-7-0 and today’s v 10.10.01, product images no longer render from back end product page to front end product listing. See attached screen shots.
Topic summary
Prestige theme update reportedly broke product image rendering on product listing pages: images show in the admin and in search results, and they display on v10.7.0, but do not appear on v10.10.01.
Because only the latest version (v10.10.01) is available to test and sharing theme files violates Terms of Service, helpers cannot compare versions directly.
Requested next steps and info:
- Provide publicly accessible “before and after” URLs for live inspection.
- Confirm whether the older version had customizations.
- Check the Prestige theme store demo for the current version to see if the issue reproduces.
- If the demo works, disable any apps that modify the theme to isolate conflicts.
Screenshots are noted as supplementary and insufficient for diagnosis without URLs.
Outcome/status: No fix yet. The thread is awaiting URLs and results of the above troubleshooting to proceed.
Since it’s a new version even partners trying this out will ONLY be able to get v 10.10.01 so they’d have nothing to compare if they don’t have a prior version stowed.
sharing themes violates TOS so can’t diagnose that way either.
Provide actual hands on urls BEFORE and AFTER that are publicly inspectable.
Was the old version customized
Check the theme store do the demos there work for the current version? https://themes.shopify.com/themes/prestige
If so rule out all apps by disabling any that even slightly touch themes.
etc

Imagine you have a car with engine problems, so you go to the park and start showing strangers pictures of the inside of the car cabin and of just the side asking those strangers to diagnose the engine noises of an engine they can’t even see.
That’s what your doing here.
Screenshots are SUPPLEMENATRY to troubleshooting.
Anyone trying to help your setting them up for failure , digging, or time wasting guesswork for your business problems.
Provide actual hands on urls BEFORE and AFTER.

Reiterating troubleshooting 101 for premium themes because OP duplicate posted
