Help with size guide on existing product

Hello I have recently added a bunch of products to my shopify store and forgot to click the size guide box to turn it on. Is there a way I can add it to existing products? The only info I found says I can save it as a template and then use the template to recreate it. If so, how do I save an existing product as a template? I can’t find this option either. Thanks for the help.

How features are setup will vary wildly by theme, or app , so you have to speak in specific terms and examples so others have the proper context.

Store url, storefront password if any, theme name, any apps being used.

What do you mean by “size guide box”?

If an app contact that apps support directly.

If a theme/template setting then the theme setting would apply to all products using that same template.

And either the setting points to the same page for ALL products using the template or your using a dynamic source to have a unique size-guide per product.

Ahh I will remake a new post with the appropriate information, I’m getting overwhelmed and forgot to add it all in, thanks!

@MattLachance No need to create duplicates, You can edit your post here or add the info in a reply,

I accidentally already clicked resolved, will that effect it? Or can I just delete this post?

Just ignore all that worry, post here with the details.

I forgot to add that I believe the main problem exist with Printful. I have already created and added multiple products to my store. However, as your creating products there is a box you can check off to add a size chart to the product. I forgot to click this box to include the size chart while creating it so now I’m wondering if there is a way to add it afterwards to the existing product. I’m not even sure if this can be answered here since it’s more of a Printful problem rather than Shopify. I am also using the Dawn theme, not sure if that makes a difference or not. Yes, third party app or service related issues should go to that providers support.

On shopify’s side this probably would only matter in what form is that “size guide” added, is it a page added as a metafield, is it a page that just shares a similar product-handle etc etc. So if it’s a page is all that’s missing is some products don’t have a reference to the right page.

But situation will vary.

In general, If no inventory has moved or you haven’t manually edited a bunch of data already: THEN If a process was done once it should be repeatable just delete/recreate the product with the features checked this time around.

Good Hunting.

Thanks for all your help :slightly_smiling_face:
