My Payout Date doesn’t show the time, what’s going on?
Please lend me your assistance. On my homepage, I have the highlighted collection option selected and am using the dawn theme. To add a bit additional information about each product, I would want to add a subheader or some text.

If your payout has been in this state for multiple days I would recommend contacting our support team about this. They can authenticate you on your account and view your payouts in order to check on their status. If there is an issue, this can then be escalated to our payments team for review.
Oh, sorry to get back to you now, I haven’t heard back from them, yet.
No problem. If you’ve already reached out to our team about this they should be investigating the situation and you will receive an email as soon as there is an update to share.
It’s been a week and they still haven’t contacted me. I don’t even know what to do now
