How can a UK company receive Shopify payments in USD?

Hello,

I am wondering how it is possible to recieve Shopify payments in USD as a UK LTD company.

We only do business within the USA, sell to customers in USD and pay our suppliers in USD.

We have a UK Wise Account, and within that have a US account where we would like our payouts to go.

How do I change my payouts to USD?

Any idea?

I understand you have a UK LTD business and are looking to receive your payouts in USD. In order to change your billing currency, you’ll need to request this via the Shopify Help Center for our internal team to look into. The reason is, through our community forums we are unable to access account-specific information or authenticate your account here.

To create a support request, please follow the steps below.

How to contact Shopify Support:

  • Log into your store through the Help Center.
  • Select Account > Plans and billing from the topics provided.
  • Scroll down to view our available contact options under Get Support.
