How can I activate my purchased theme on Shopify?

I purchased a theme today




lorenza - all payments have been taken. However the theme is still preview. I have contacted


Merchant Support, & have said I have to contact Shopify for support.
Please could you help me.

To clarify, when you access your themes by going to Online Store > Themes are you unable to Publish the new theme you purchased? For example:

If you’re unable to publish your purchased theme, we will need to access your account to take a closer look. Please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request. Once you have logged in, type your request in ‘Ask about a topic’, scroll down to ‘Get Support’ and then click 'Continue’.
