How can I apply a discount to a completed order?

Hi

I’d like to know how can I add a discount to an order.

I have to apply a discount to a customer who has made an order. How can I add it after order is done?

Hi @juanki-bcn ,

You can’t add a discount to an order after the order is created. However, you can refund your customer the amount of the discount:

  • From your Shopify admin, go to Orders and find that order

  • Click on refund and enter the refund amount

I can’t see this option. Maybe because it’s a cod order
