Hello , I’ve not been able to cancel an order at the clients request because I can’t find the button for cancellation in my <
- Click More actions > Cancel order.,
All i see is Archive or UnArchive!!Pls I need some help to get around this hic? Thanks!

Try to cancel fulfillment.
Then cancel option will available at More actions > Cancel order.
