I just set up my store and I am trying to run a test order. However, when I go to cancel the order the cancel button is not there like it is in the video. I’m not sure what to do. I can archive the order but not cancel it. I am running my dropshipping through oberlo for reference. I also went on oberlo and I couldn’t figure out how to cancel it too. What do I do?

To cancel an order, please click on the order number and on the top right click on More actions. Then select the option Cancel order as seen in the screenshot below.
If this is a draft order, then you can delete the order by clicking on the drafts options under orders.
Then check the box for the order you want to delete and click on the more actions option and delete order as seen in the screenshot below.

With regards to this inquiry, I have linked this other thread for you to look over as it goes over the same inquiry you have posted. My colleague, Helen, basically states that, “when a payment gateway is put into test mode, it only applies to the payment process at the checkout; the act of fulfilling an order is not included in the test mode. If you fulfill and ship your own products, then a test order can be deleted. However, the fulfillment for your particular test order was initiated via the Oberlo app, and there is no test mode for Oberlo. This is why you are not able to cancel and delete it.”

Hi,
Thanks for replying. I still wasn’t able to find the delete button but I issued a refund. Hopefully this solves the issue. I attached a screen capture of what it says when I go to the drop down menu to delete it.
