You can cancel your subscription and deactivate your Shopify store at any time under the Plan settings of your admin. Simply navigate to the Plan settings (‘Settings > Plan’) and click Pause or deactivate, then you can continue and confirm the cancellation from there.
That being said, if you feel that you’re running out of trial time, and you’d like to cancel for this reason, then please check your email for a one-time trial extension offer. If you don’t find an email for an extension offer, then simply get in touch with us and we’d be happy to assist you with this.
