I want to delete my account, I just wanted to try it, but its to difficult for my, Spotify charged already a year payment, but I don’t want to use it, I already send an email, to get my money back. Can you help me?

To get started, I recommend checking out this list of Considerations to take prior to deactivating your shop. It outlines important information regarding your shop, including how to export any files and managing fees. If after reviewing this list you’d like to proceed, you can deactivate the shop by following these steps:

From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Plan.

Click Deactivate store.

If applicable, review the options to switch to the Pause and build plan, or start a new store.

If you still want to deactivate, then click Deactivate store.

Select a reason for the deactivation, and then click Continue.

Enter your password, and then click Deactivate now.
When it comes to requesting a refund, you will want to connect with us directly. This will allow for our advisor team to take a closer look. To contact us, you can head to our Support Page and select the “I don’t have an account option”.
