Hey so I don’t want to use shopify anymore same refund thing as alot of people I just got my money taken out of my account and need a refund this would be the first day, I already deactivated my store and I really do need my money back I would appreciate it if shopify or if any online users can help me here, or even point me in the right direction I am not sure why there is no phone # or email since this would make things easier.

As per Shopify Terms of Service, they do not offer refunds for your cancellation. The optimal option here for you is to contact Shopify support directly through live chat or email to discuss the refund.

However, exceptions can occasionally be made, as you won’t be using your account for the month that you paid for. I recommend reaching out to our live Support team via the Help Center and request a refund. I can’t guarantee that you will be able to receive a refund, but it is definitely worth asking.
