May I ask why you would like to close your Shopify store? Perhaps you were experiencing some difficulties with the setup, or weren’t getting enough sales? When i click on deactivate it says that i will have to pay 32 dollars…i dont have 32 dollars…please help me to deactivate the store

I understand that you are trying to deactivate your store, but you are seeing that a bill needs to be paid. As you can see here on our Shopify help center, if there are any unpaid fees on your account, such as subscriptions fees, transaction costs, shipping label expenses, or app subscriptions etc. they will be billed upon cancellation, and a final invoice will need to be settled before you can close the store. If your account has no outstanding charges, then you will not be issued a final invoice.

You can reach our team on our help center here, and once you are in touch with us we can authenticate you on the store and take a closer look at your billing.
