How can I change my account's legal information urgently?

I require assistance to change my accounts legal information. Understandably there is no way to do this on this website due to security reasons. I would appreciate if my accounts legal name and date of birth would be changed to Venessa Edwards after previously being Maurice Edwards and my date of birth would be changed to the 20th January 1987 after previously being 29th of March 2004 as I put in the wrong details and put the account in my name when it should be in my mothers. This is an urgent message and i’d greatly appreciate a response and amendment sooner the rather than later
