How can I change the name and personal details on my Shopify Payments account?

Hello

I just setup Shopify Payments, and i have to send some personal information over. I want my store to be in my dads name, basiclly changing my birthday to my dads aswell banking info etc. I can change my birthday and the banking info, but i can’t find any way to change my name to his. I have searched up on google, but with no luck…

I’d like to advise that this information cannot be changed within the admin. I recommend navigating to the Shopify Help Center and logging into your store to access our support. The reason I suggest this is that your account will need to be authenticated through the help center and a member of our team will need to take a closer look at your account to update this information.

I’ll share the steps below to access Shopify Support:

  • Head over to the Shopify Help Center and log into your store.
  • Select Money > Shopify Payments from the topics provided.
  • On the following page, scroll down to Get Support to view our available support options.
