hello, when I initially set up my shop, I used my alias and now it’s saying I have to submit my ssn for payouts, but it displays my alias name instead of my birth name. I went into my account settings and updated my name, but it still reads my alias when i go to verify my business.
my question is how do i get it to read my actual name when i go to verify my business?
