How can I close my online store with an unpaid bill?

Hi,

Almost three month ago I opened a store as project for my school, and despite the fact that the account had 3 months trial, the last month was billed full price instead of 1 dollar. Right now I don’t need the store anymore and I cannot close the store due to an unpaid bill. How can I close the store without paying those 32 dollars that I already paid once?
