How can I contact a specialist about my payout issue?

I would like to know the best way to get in contact with a specialized person who can access my Shopify and let me know when I’ll receive payouts from my orders. Thank you!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I’m happy to provide some assistance with your payouts, to ensure this gets resolved. To gather a bit more information, are you seeing a payout date within the Payments section Shopify admin?

If not, I’d encourage you to connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to take a closer look as we wouldn’t have access to any account details through the Community. They will be able to determine why it’s stuck in a pending state and ensure it gets resolved as quickly as possible.

To connect, you can:

  • Head over to our Help Center.
  • Enter into the chat box Contact Support.
  • Log into your shop.
  • Select one of the available support options.
