How can I contact Shopify customer support to prove domain ownership?

I need to get ahold of customer support in order to prove I own a domain so Ican work on opening my store but I am having no luck is there anyway to contact them any other way than email?

  • Firstly, enter the topic you’d like to discuss with the Support Advisor. In your case, enter a keyword such as ‘domains’.
