How can I contact Shopify staff by phone?

Hi Folks,

I need to speak with Shopify staff via phone, but there is something glitching the last two days that is only allowing me access to e-mail support. I then e-mailed staff who were not overly helpful, unfortunately.

If someone could help me, I would be most appreciative.

If you follow the steps on this video exactly, at what point specifically are you running into a problem in accessing our support? Phone callbacks are currently available depending on our contact volume, however this option isn’t always showing, only when we have capacity, but you can contact us via chat here at anytime. I’d be more than happy to help you now, if you’d like to give me some more info.

I really appreciated the direct link! I have been following the correct steps but they only ever bring me to email otherwise. Do you have another link that allows for direct connection to phone support if necessary?

You’re most welcome. Callbacks are only available to merchants who have already logged in to their account in supported regions, depending on capacity. You need to type in the relevant topic into the search bar, or select a topic from the list to see the available support options for that topic at that time. Regrettably, there is no direct link for the phone support it is just the same one link for all support types, however phone availability will depend on the topic and capacity as already mentioned.

I’d be more than happy to offer advice here if you would like to discuss your topic.
