Why can’t we contact shopify support by phone anymore? I miss this feature and this was the entire reason why I went with shopify in the first place. I’m definitely considering going elsewhere.

Due to an increase in demand since March. we’ve shifted to a web callback model to help you faster. For the fastest support, I’d recommend the live chat & email service. When callbacks are available, you will be able to make a request from that same page. If you weren’t sure how to navigate our help center, I’ve made a quick video here to show you how.
