Does anyone know what to do when they cannot call Shopify support? All they tell me to do is wait for emails from them and I never receive any and I cannot get my site back up. Is it anyone I call to get this fixed its an emergency.

@Moira I have been trying everyday all day for 3 days and I haven’t got a call back option not once. I even tried for 2 hours straight. Im tired of communicating through email and its not getting nowhere.
