How can I correct the birth year on my ecommerce account?

Hi guys. Upon making my Shopify story I accidentally put in the wrong year of birth on my account. When it comes to receiving payments I am able to do so but I cannot lodge them into my bank account as I cannot confirm my identity as my date of birth on my account does not match my date of birth on my passport/id. Does anyone know how I can change my date of birth on my account or can a Shopify representative for so for me? Thanks. (If you can please reply)

I understand that you entered the wrong date of birth when setting up Shopify Payments on your store, and as a result cannot submit a qualifying verification document. I’d be happy to help steer you in the right direction with this one.

Besides the Shopify Payments setup, how is everything going with the store? You mentioned that you are able to receive payments - have you made many sales on the store yet?
