We have cultivated a large number of Experts. In order to expand further and have the resources to support all of our Experts, we need to do some work internally.

However isn’t it unfair to lots of companies and individuals who work hard
on Shopify and contribute to the growth? and the only a bunch of companies
who has the badge of “expert” gets all benefits.

I think we deserve an equal chance to go through any process or tests to
earn that badge and show the world we support and work with Shopify by
being an expert.

If we don’t get this chance then I think you should consider
taking back the “Expert” badge from all current companies and restructure
the support model and open it for all.
