I have sense theme and I would like to customize the product recommendation on the product page.
Any ideas?

There may be a few ways to do this. You’ll have to provide a bit more information. Could you please provide and example of what you’d like as well as the URL and password to your site?
Generally product-recommendations use data* such as descriptions and order history to surface products.
