Cannot deactivate my account and cancel subscription. I put the correct password and it says it’s incorrect. stop billing me I never wanna use Shopify again
I wanted to use Shopify for 1 month and now it will not stop billing me it’s been 3 months. I’m going to my bank if they can’t get my subscription canceled

I can understand your frustration with this. I recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies before trying to log in to your store again. Sometimes issues like this can arise when we’ve not cleared our browser in a while.
If you still are unable to log in after clearing your browser then I recommend contacting Shopify Support for further assistance. You can connect with a Support Advisor via email, online chat, or by booking a callback through the Help Center. For the fastest support, I recommend selecting the chat option. A Support Advisor will be able to help you log in, as well as help you close your store and answer any billing queries you may have.
