I lost my account and my still getting charge 9$. what can I do?

Hey guys, I was deactivate my store for long time and my forget my account.

Found my credit card bill 9$ every month. What can I do? Appreciated!

I’d love to help you with your billing concern. If you’re still being charged, it’s highly likely your store is currently active. To know if this is the case, I suggest trying to log into your store. If you’re able to get into your admin without being prompted to select a plan, that means it’s active. If it is, you can follow the steps below to deactivate your store and cancel your subscription.

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Plan.
  2. Click Deactivate store.
  3. If applicable, review the options to switch to the Pause and build plan, or start a new store.
  4. If you still want to deactivate, then click Deactivate store.
  5. Select a reason for the deactivation, and then click Continue.
  6. Enter your password, and then click Deactivate now.

If you’re prompted to select a plan as soon as you log in and it’s indicated that your store is deactivated, the charge may be coming from a different source. If that is the case, you may create a support ticket by visiting https://bit.ly/3cJkx8V so our support team can help you locate the charge and put a stop to it.

I still cannot access my inactive account. I have contact online support and they keep asking me for a code. Which expires within seconds. I cant seem to stop the $39 monthly fee and the support team keeps asking me to wait and go back and we are at the same place as last. Why doesnt Shopify have a phone number to cancel the membership?
