I know this is Shopify & not Facebook, but Facebook will not help. My problem is in Facebook, not Shopify.

I am trying to connect my Shopify story to Facebook for advertising purposes. Shopify will not let me connect because I have 2 Business Manager accounts in Facebook. I need to delete one of the Business Managers. I cannot fine either one in Facebook. The Facebook user interface changed a few weeks ago, & YouTube videos & Shopify Help do not work.
I start with business.facebook.com in browser.
It takes me to a page titled Business Manager with a Create Account button in upper right corner.
If I click on the button, it starts a fill-in-the-blanks form titled Create your Business Manager Account.
When I submit the form, I get an error message: Unable to create account. You have reached the limit for the number of businesses you can create at this time.
I need detailed instructions about the exact steps currently used to delete one Business Manager.
These steps need to be appropriate for the changes made to Facebook/Meta Business Suite a few weeks ago.
