How do I get rid of the second store?

Welcome to the Shopify Community and thank you for sharing your question here.

If you have multiple Shopify stores linked to the same email address, they will display upon login and within your Shopify admin. You can preview them from the drop-down menu within your Shopify admin on the left-hand side.

I’ll share a screenshot of my test store below of where to locate this section.

If you’d like to remove/cancel the second store, you’ll need to follow the steps within our Pausing or Deactivating Your Store resource. Before closing your second store, please review the following:

  • Make sure that you pay any outstanding charges that you might have. If you have no outstanding charges against your account, then you won’t receive a bill after deactivating your store.

  • If you have any third-party apps that have your payment information outside of Shopify, then cancel your service with those apps to avoid being billed externally after you deactivate your store.

  • Make sure to turn off auto-renewal for your custom domain on your registrar’s website to avoid unexpected charges.

Hello, I sent this to support@shopify and they sent me back looking for help on this board. Someone please help delete my extra ‘MyStore’??? They responded: “A support ticket has NOT been created.
