How can I display USD as default currency in UAE-based online store?

My shop location is United Arab Emirates (UAE). But I want the currency to be shown as USD by default in emails and checkout page. how do I do that?

If you select store currency UAE when creating your store, you must contact Shopify support to change your store currency, or you can create a new store and set up store currency as USD.
